Jon Favreau (Director Iron Man, Zathura, Cowboys & Aliens - ACTOR - Elf and voiced a character in an episode of The Clone Wars [yuck]) & Harrison Ford (it's Harrison Ford) seem to get along just nicely and these interviews are delight to watch. It's also worth noting that Jon is a veteran interviewer and he just seems to love doing this sort of thing.
