The Gardener in Extract 2 is from an earlier more French (no english) film by Quentin called 'Steak'. His name is Eric Judor and he's part of a famous french comedy duo called 'Eric and Ramzy'.
Eric as (Blaise/Chuck) in the 2007 film Steak by Quentin Dupieux.
