It's like a mix between Colins Bear and that video with two guys riding each other down the highway.
Edit TimmehB. - this makes so much more sense now. Turns out this video is made by one of the graphic animators on Tron legacy, to be exact, the guy who designed the title sequence. So no wonder the compositing is fucking amazing. Here's his website.
Edit part 2 TimmehB - Having a look through his videos, it also looks like he is the guy who animated the xbox visuals for startup and firmware upgrades. This guy is my new hero.
