This is a game show from Saints Row the third. Yes the almost released video game. Is it in the game? Just a promo? Anyways it's called 'Professor Genki's Super Ethical Reality Climax' and it's directed by Tim & Eric. It reeks of them.
Tim & Eric also made some commercials for this silly, do what ever the F you want game. More games should use the creative genuis of this pair. Game developers, please take note. These commercials are in the above game show video.
