So with the advent of OSX Lion only hours away a website called Roaring Apps have released a compatability table that will let you see what apps that you downloaded for Snow Leopard will work on Lion.
Most importantly, if you are a heavy user of Parallels or Crossover, you may find you have issues when upgrading to Lion.
The first app I searched for isn't on there.

I think that just means it hasn't been tested yet, not that it's not compatible. You may just have to risk it or wait a little longer for someone to test it themselves.
